摘要
分析表明,为保证生产质量,提高各种塑胶制品结构的准确性与完整性,需要进行合理的注塑模具优化设计,这一过程中,需要对多点多分型面进行注塑模具优化设计。阐述注塑模具的特点,注塑模具的设计要点,从锁扣装置的设计中,分析相应的对策。
The analysis shows that in order to ensure the production quality and improve the accuracy and integrity of the structure of various plastic products, it is necessary to optimize the design of injection mold. In this process, it is necessary to optimize the design of injection mold for multi-point and multi parting surface. This paper expounds the characteristics and design points of injection mold,and analyzes the corresponding countermeasures from the design of latch device.
