基于磁性管理理念下共同参与式护理管理对提高护士团队稳定性的作用 被引量:8

The role of the co-participatory nursing management based on the magnetic management concept on improving the stability of the nursing team

摘要 目的探讨基于磁性管理理念下共同参与式护理管理对提高护士团队稳定性的作用。方法选取2015年6月~2016年4月该科室实施基于磁性管理理念下共同参与式护理管理前的护士34名作为对照组,选取2016年9月~2017年7月该科室实施此护理管理模式后的护士34名作为观察组。对两组科室护理质量、护士综合素质、离职率及其对护理管理模式的满意度进行比较。结果观察组护士综合素质各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组离职率2.94%低于对照组的17.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士对护理管理模式的各项满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组科室护理质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论实施基于磁性管理理念下共同参与式护理管理可显著提高护士的综合素质,明显提高其对护理管理的满意度,同时可使护士团队的稳定性及科室的管理质量提高。 Objective To explore the effect of the co-participatory nursing management based on the magnetic management concept on improving the stability of the nursing team. Methods From June 2015 to April 2016, a total of 34 nurses before the department implemented the co-participatory nursing management based on the magnetic management concept were selected as the control group.From September 2016 to July 2017, a total of 34 nurses after the department implemented the nursing management model were selected as the observation group.The nursing quality, nurses' comprehensive quality, turnover rate and their satisfaction with nursing management mode were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of nurses' comprehensive quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The turnover rate of the observation group was 2.94% lower than that of the control group's 17.65%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction scores of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The implementation of the concept of magnetic management under the co-participatorty of nursing management can significantly improve the overall quality of nurses, significantly improve their satisfaction with nursing management.At the same time, it can improve the stability of the nurse team and the management quality of the department.
