摘要
计算针灸学是一门集计算科学与针灸学于一体的新兴前沿交叉学科。计算针灸学的出现,为针灸学的数据研究提供了新思路。基于临床疗效的因素,我们以腧穴配伍为切入点,将腧穴配穴方法与计算科学中的复杂网络技术结合,构建了"经脉-穴位-病症-基因"为一体的针灸腧穴配伍研究框架,并提出网络配穴法的概念。网络配穴法的提出符合针灸的整体调节作用,它将腧穴配伍规律研究从"疾病-穴位"层面深入到"疾病-穴位-基因"层面,为针灸腧穴配伍机制的研究提供了新的方法,为实现针灸的靶点治疗提供了可能性。
Computational acupuncture is a cutting-edge interdiscipline combining computational science with acupuncture.Its appearance provides new thought for data research of acupuncture. Based on clinical efficacy,acupoint combination was combined with complex network technology of computational science to establish a"meridian-acupoint-symptom-gene"research framework of acupoint combination for acupuncture and put forward a concept of network acupoint combination. The network acupoint combination accords with the whole regulation effect of acupuncture and transforms research on the law of acupoint combination from the"disease-acupoint"level into the"disease-acupoint-gene"level,offers new methods for acupoint combination in acupuncture and makes target treatment of acupuncture possible.
