摘要
在对我国农产品出口前十大国家(地区)跨境物流发展情况比较分析的基础上,基于贸易理论中的扩展引力模型,采用2012-2018年我国农产品出口前十大贸易伙伴的面板数据,就跨境物流发展对我国农产品出口的影响效应进行了实证研究。研究发现,我国跨境物流发展绩效综合指数得到了快速发展,物流基础设施建设质量指数和物流运输及时性指数成为推动我国跨境物流发展绩效综合指数提升的主要驱动力,而海关清关效率低下是我国跨境物流发展绩效综合指数与发达国家之间存在较大差异的原因所在。进一步基于扩展引力模型的实证研究发现,跨境物流发展对我国农产品出口具有显著的正向促进效应,同时样本国经济体量、人口规模、距离因素、开放度、是否与我国相邻,以及是否为沿海国家均对我国农产品出口具有显著的影响。
Through a comparative analysis of the development status of the cross- border logistics industry in the top 10 exporter countries (regions) of the agricultural products from China, and based on the expanded gravity model in the theory of trade, this paper has an empirical study on the impact of the development of the cross- border logistics industry on China's agricultural products export using the panel data of said exporter countries from 2012-2018. The study finds that the comprehensive performance index of China's cross-border logistics development has been growing rapidly. The quality index of the logistics infrastructure construction and the timeliness index of logistics transportation have become the main driving force behind the improvement of the comprehensive performance index of China's cross- border logistics development;while the low efficiency of customs clearance is the reason for the great gap between China and the developed countries in this respect. A further empirical research based on the extended gravity model finds that the development of crossborder logistics has a significant positive promoting effect on China's agricultural exports, while economic size, population, distance factors, openness, adjacency to China and being a coastal country or not all would impact the export of the agricultural products of China to the country in question.
