摘要
构建高效跨境农产品供应链,优化供应链管理,已成为当今中国—东盟农产品流通产业获取竞争优势的重要途径。以广西—东盟跨境农产品供应链为例,结合"关系稳定性—联盟绩效—供应链优化"理论框架,在关系稳定性、联盟绩效及供应链优化三个层面现实考查和跨境农产品供应链优化动因逻辑解释基础上,提出新时期跨境农产品供应链优化应以增强关系稳定性为基础,改进联盟绩效为着力点,整体优化供应链结构和流程,即尝试运用关系稳定性与联盟绩效理论视角优化设计跨境农产品供应链结构和流程。其中跨境农产品供应链优化(设计)模型可分为集成式和独立式两种。最后提出关系稳定性和联盟绩效双重视角下跨境农产品供应链优化实施策略。
Building the efficient cross-border agri-food supply chain, and optimizing supply chain management have become an important way of obtaining a competitive advantage on China- Asean agri- food circulation industry now. This paper took cross-border agri-food supply chain between Guangxi and ASEAN as an example, combined with the theoretical framework of relationship stability-alliance performance- supply chain optimization, and based on reality investigation of three levels with relationship stability, alliance performance, and supply chain optimization, and logical explanation of optimization motivation with cross- border agri-food supply chain, and put forward to should enhance the relationship stability on optimization of the cross-border agri-food supply chain as the foundation in the new period, and improve alliance performance as the focus, and optimize the overall of supply chain structure and process, that is to say, tried using the theoretical perspectives of relationship stability and alliance performance to optimize and design the structure and process of cross-border agricultural products supply chain. Among them： optimization （design） model of cross-border agricultural products supply chain could be divided into integrated type and independent type. Finally, this paper presented implementation strategy of cross-border agricultural products supply chain optimization based on double perspective of relationship stability and alliance performance.
