摘要
目的了解药学干预前后对骨科Ⅰ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物应用合理性的影响。方法对2018年第一季度和第三季度某院骨科Ⅰ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物的应用情况进行回顾性分析,对比分析围术期应用抗菌药物的合理情况。结果抗菌药物预防性使用率、术后用药疗程不合理率,分别由药学干预前74.12%、36.51%下降为药学干预后54.84%、9.8%,并且抗菌药物种类选择、给药时间更为合理。结论经过药学干预,骨科Ⅰ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物的不合理情况有不同程度的改善。
Objective To investigate the intervention on perioperative use of antibacterials in patients undergoing type Ⅰ incision operation.Methods The perioperative use of antibacterials in a total of 178 patients undergoing orthopedic surgery in our hospital from the first and the third quarter of 2018. The preventive application of antibacterials in type Ⅰ incision were analyzed.Results The rate of prophylactic use and postoperative course of medication decreased respectively from 74.12%、36.51% of the first quarter to 54.84%、9.8% of the third quarter respectively.Conclusion Clinicalpharmaceutical care and intervention contributed to improvement of the irrational use of drugs in type Ⅰ incision operation.
