摘要
目的探讨药学干预对妇科手术Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口围手术期抗菌药物的使用影响。方法选取200例妇科手术Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组采用常规干预,研究组采用药学干预,比较围手术期抗菌药物使用情况、种类、联合使用情况以及使用疗程。结果研究组Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药物使用率低于对照组,克林霉素使用率高于对照组,甲硝唑、头孢唑林钠使用率低于对照组,抗菌药物联合使用率低于对照组,抗菌药物使用疗程优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妇科手术Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口围手术期抗菌药物预防性使用中加强药学干预,能够有效促进抗菌药物的合理使用。
Objective To explore the impact of pharmaceutical intervention on the use of antibiotics during the perioperative period of class Ⅰ and Ⅱ incisions in gynecological surgery.Methods 200 patients with class Ⅰ and Ⅱ gynecological incisions were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 100 patients in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the study group received pharmaceutical intervention to compare the use,types,combination use,and course of use of antibiotics during the perioperative period.Results The use rate of antibiotics in the perioperative period of class Ⅰincision in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the use rate of clindamycin was higher than that in the control group,the use rate of metronidazole and cefazolin sodium was lower than that in the control group,the combined use rate of antibiotics was lower than that in the control group,and the course of use of antibiotics was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening pharmaceutical intervention in the prophylactic use of antibiotics during the perioperative period of class Ⅰ and Ⅱ incisions in gynecological surgery can effectively promote the rational use of antibiotics.
