摘要
目的应用锥形束CT(CBCT)三维重叠的方法评价正畸牙移入萎缩性缺牙间隙后牙槽骨的形态变化。方法选取10例需要正畸关闭萎缩性缺牙间隙的患者,在治疗前后使用同一台CBCT设备扫描,将治疗前后的CBCT图像进行三维影像重叠,测量矫治前后该处牙槽骨高度及宽度。结果正畸牙齿移入萎缩性缺牙间隙后,牙根被完全包围在牙槽骨内,未发生骨开窗、骨开裂等不良反应;该处牙槽骨高度与宽度均有增加。结论应用CBCT三维重叠方法评价正畸关闭萎缩性缺牙间隙过程中牙槽骨形态的改变具有可行性,治疗后缺牙区牙槽骨形态随着牙齿的移动发生有利于正畸的改变。
Objective To evaluate the morphological changes of alveolar bone after placement of orthodontic tooth into atrophic edentulous space using Cono beam CT(CBCT) three-dimensional(3 D) overlapping. Methods Included in this study were 10 patients requiring orthodontic closure of atrophic edentulous space. Before and after treatment, the patients underwent CBCT scanning on a same device. The CBCT images before and after treatment were superimposed together as 3 D images, and thereby the alveolar bone height and width before and after treatment were measured. Results After placement of the orthodontic tooth into the atrophic edentulous space, the roots of tooth were completely enclosed in the alveolar bone. No adverse reactions such as bone fenestration or fracture oc-curred. The height and width of the alveolar bone in region of interest appear increased. Conclusion It is feasible to evaluate the changes of alveolar bone morphology during orthodontic closure of atrophic edentulous spaceby using CBCT 3 D-overlapping. After treatment, the alveolar bone morphology in the edentulous region is conducive to or-thodontic changes along with tooth placement.
