摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病肾病采用前列地尔联合肾康注射液治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年10月至2017年10月确诊为2型糖尿病肾病的100例患者作为本次研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组进行前列地尔治疗,观察组进行前列地尔联合肾康注射液治疗,对比其临床疗效。结果观察组显效29例,好转18例,治疗总有效率为94.0%,显著高于对照组显效16例,好转23例,总有效率78.0%,存在显著性差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义;观察组患者的Scr、BUN、TC以及TG水平显著优于对照组,存在显著性差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论 2型糖尿病肾病患者采用前列地尔联合肾康注射液治疗的临床效果显著,有效改善患者的肾功能以及血脂代谢,可在临床上推广应用。
Objective Kidney disease leading to type 2 diabetes mellitus, the clinical effect of combined renal injection treatment. Methods Choose from October 2016 to Octorber 2017 100 patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetic nephropathy as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, control group to lead to treatment, observation group leading to joint renal injection therapy, comparing the clinical curative effect. Results Observation group 29 cases had marked effect, improvement in 18 cases, the total effective rate of treatment is significantly higher than control group 16 cases had marked effect, 94.0% improvement in 23 cases, total effective rate 78.0%, there are significant differences (P <0.05), there is statistical significance;Observation group of patients with Scr, BUN, TC and TG levels significantly better than control group, there is significant difference (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients using the front row, with renal injection therapy clinical effect is remarkable, effectively improve the patient's kidney function and blood lipid metabolism, can be popularized in clinical application.
