摘要
安宁疗护的发展是当今社会的迫切需求,但我国目前安宁疗护实践现状和发展需求不相匹配是较为突出的问题,从业人员是否能胜任实践是制约安宁疗护发展的重要因素。护士作为实践团队中的主力军,其能力影响着安宁疗护的质量。文章在研究安宁疗护的急迫性和实践质量现状的基础上,分析从业人员尤其是护士能力现状及其对安宁疗护实践的影响,并参考国外的能力标准提出我国安宁疗护护士发展的思考,以期为建设基于我国国情的安宁疗护护士团队提供借鉴和参考。
The development of hospice and palliative care is an urgent need of China,however the current situation of hospice and palliative care in China fails to comply with its demands.The competency of medical practitioners accounts for an important factor which can affect the further development of hospice and palliative care.Nurses,as one of the key members in the hospice and palliative care team,their capablilty and professionality heavily influence the quality of medical care.Based on the study of the urgency and quality of hospice and palliative care,this paper analyzed the current situation of the competence of medical practitioners,especially that of nurses,and its impact on hospice practice.This paper also put forward some thoughts on the development of hospice nurses in China by referring to the competency standards abroad and can be taken as a reference for the future construction of hospice nurse team in China.
