大跨径装配式钢-混组合箱梁制作工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 石门特大桥上部结构采用跨径50 m装配式先简支后连续钢-混组合箱梁,混凝土桥面板和钢梁顶板通过剪力钉连接,钢梁通过箱间横梁连为整体。由于钢梁跨径大、杆件长、连接部位多,从而造成钢梁几何尺寸不易控制,且钢梁腹板与底板、顶板等主要焊缝均要求熔透,进而导致焊接变形大,进一步加大了尺寸精度控制的难度。通过分析钢梁结构特点,制定合理的制作工艺方案,对钢箱梁进行整体试拼装和匹配出孔,有效解决了大跨径装配式钢-混组合梁的制作难题。 The superstructure of the Shimen Super Bridge was designed as a simply-supported and continuous steel-concrete composite box girder with 50-meter-long span. The concrete deck was connected with top flange of steel girder by shear studs. The longitudinal steel girders were connected to one unit by cross griders. Due to the long span of the steel beam, the length of the rod and the number of joints, the geometrical dimensions of the steel beam were not easy to control. Moreover, the main welds of the steel girder web and the bottom plate and the top plate were required to be penetrated, which led to large welding deformation and further increased the difficulty of dimensional accuracy control. Through analyzing the structure characteristics of the steel girder, a reasonable manufacturing scheme was proposed, the steel box girder should be preassembled and matched with the hole, which could effectively solve the manufacturing problem of the long-span prefabricated steel-concrete composite box girder.
