摘要
随着数控技术发展逐渐成熟,其精确度得到了大幅度提升。将从数控超精密加工概述、超精密度加工环节以及数控超精密加工精度控制技术三个方面进行详细探究,并根据现有数控超精密加工过程中存在的问题,提出了针对性改进方案,旨在促进我国数控超精密加工技术发展。
As the development of CNC technology matures,its accuracy has been greatly improved. The three aspects of numerical control ultra-precision machining overview, ultraprecision machining and CNC ultra-precision machining precision control technology are explored in detail, and according to the existing problems in the existing CNC ultra-precision machining process, a targeted improvement scheme is proposed. Promote the development of CNC ultra-precision machining technology in China.
