摘要
目的探讨模块式教育计划在老年髋部骨折患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月我院收治的120例老年髋部骨折手术患者,依据入院顺序单双号等分为对照组和观察组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取模块式教育计划。比较两组患者干预后生活质量(GQOLI-74)评分、干预前后Harris髋关节评分,并观察两组患者康复积极性、并发症发生情况。结果干预后,观察组GQOLI-74各项评分及总分均高于对照组(P <0. 05),Harris髋关节评分中疼痛、功能、畸形以及关节活动度评分均高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组依从程度、需求程度、面对挫折的情绪及护士鼓励作用评分均明显高于对照组(P <0. 05),并发症发生少于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论模块式教育计划可有效提高老年髋部骨折患者术后康复积极性及生活质量,促进髋关节功能恢复,降低并发症发生风险。
Objective To investigate the application effect of modularized education plan in health education for elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods To select 120 cases of elderly patients with hip fractures who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 as the study subjects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the observation group was given modularized education plan based on treatment of the control group.The quality of life(GQOLI-74)scores and the Harris hip scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.And the motility and complications of the two groups were observed.Results After the intervention,the scores of all items and the total score of GQOLI-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of pain,function,deformity and joint activity degree in the Harris hip score assessment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The assessment scores of the degree of compliance,the degree of need,emotions facing frustration and influence of nurses’encouragement in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the complications were less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modularized education plan can improve the postoperative rehabilitation enthusiasm and quality of life of elderly patients with hip fracture effectively.Meanwhile,it can promote hip function recovery and reduce the risk of complications of these patients.
