摘要
目的探讨系统化康复护理在老年股骨颈骨折人工骨头置换术围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2013年9月至2017年9月我院骨科接诊的75例股骨颈骨折行人工股骨头置换术的患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组(36例)采用常规护理模式,研究组(39例)实施康复护理模式。比较两组患者干预后关节功能评分(Harris)、生活质量、并发症及临床疗效。结果研究组患者关节活动范围、Harris评分等指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者躯体功能、心理功能及总生活质量评分指数与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者干预后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年股骨颈骨折患者人工股骨头置换术围手术期采取康复护理干预模式,有效提高患者生活质量,改善关节功能,降低并发症,效果显著,可推广运用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing in artificial femoral head replacement of the geriatric femoral neck fractures during perioperative period. Methods To select 75 cases of patients with artificial femoral head replacement of the geriatric femoral neck fractures from September 2013 to September 2017. As a object of study,we divided randomly them into the control group and the study group,the routine nursing mode was adopted in the control group（36 cases）,and the rehabilitation nursing mode was adopted in the study group（39 cases）. The Harris score,quality of life,complication and clinical effect were compared after the two group patients were intervened. Results The indices of patients in the study group,such as range of joint motion and Harris score etc,were taller than that of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. It had statistical significance that the difference compared of the physical performance of patients,mental function and the scoring index of overall quality of life in the control group and the study group（P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence rate of complication after intervened in study group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. The clinical effect after intervened in study group was significantly superior to the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The intervention model of rehabilitation nursing was adopted in artificial femoral head replacement of the geriatric femoral neck fractures during perioperative period,the quality of patients life was improved effectively,and the function of joint was improved too,meanwhile,the complication was reduced,and the effect was significant. So the application was worth promoted.
