摘要
结区域内教育教学实际,长白山保护开发区教师进修学校确立了全区科研统领项目《借助"三位一体"研培模式推动教师专业发展的策略研究》。推行科学的"三位一体"教师研培机制,有利于发挥区域内科研、教研、培训一体化管理格局的优势;有利于整合区域内优质的人力、物力资源,集中力量突破师培工作中的重点、难点问题;有利于促进区域内教师的科研行为改进及专业能力的提高,更能加快促进教研员和学校领导素质的提高;推动学校的教研、科研活动逐渐向科学有序方向发展;能够形成自主探索、团体互培、共同推进的区域性特色化教师培训体系,从而加快提升教师队伍的整体素质,推进教育的内涵式发展。
Based on the teaching and education practice in the region,Changbai mountain teacher training school established the autonomous research and development-leading project in the whole region,“Research on Strategies for Promoting Teachers Professional Development by Virtue of the‘Trinity’Research and Training Mode”.The implementation of scientific“trinity”teacher research and training mechanism is conducive to the regional scientific research,teaching research,training integrated management pattern advantages;It is conducive to integrating high-quality human and material resources in the region and concentrating on breaking through key and difficult problems in teacher training.It is conducive to promoting the improvement of teachers scientific research behavior and their professional ability,and accelerating the improvement of the quality of teaching and research staff and school leaders.To promote the school s teaching research and scientific research activities gradually to a scientific and orderly direction of development;It can form a regional characteristic teacher training system with independent exploration,mutual training among groups and joint promotion,so as to accelerate the improvement of the overall quality of teachers,and promote the connotative development of education.
