综合心理干预对儿童情绪障碍患者治疗的效果分析 被引量:21

摘要 目的探讨综合心理干预在儿童情绪障碍患者护理中的应用价值。方法选80例儿童情绪障碍经随机数字表法分为2组,每组40例,对照组仅实施治疗相关的常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予综合心理干预。观察两组患者心理应激指标及护理满意度、生活质量。结果两组患者干预前焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS))、抑郁自评量表Self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分偏高,心理应激反应明显,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者SAS、SDS评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者社会健康、心理健康、精神健康、生理健康4个维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组4个维度评分显著优于对照组(P>0.05)。对照组、观察组患者护理满意率分别为77.5%、97.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.314,P=0.007)。结论综合心理护理干预能有效减轻儿童情绪障碍患者心理应激反应,改善生活质量,具有较高临床价值。 Objective To probe into the application value of comprehensive psychological intervention in the nursing of children with emotional disorders. Methods 80 cases of children with emotional disorder were divided into two groups by random number table methods,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was only implemented treatment related routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive psychological intervention on the basis of the control group. Then,the psychological stress index,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of two groups of patients were observed. Results The scores of SAS and SDS before the intervention of two groups were higher,and the reaction of psychological stress was significant,and there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05). After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P>0.05). Before nursing,there was no significant difference in four dimensions score of social health,mental health,mental health and physical health between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing,the four dimensions score in the observation group were significant differences in compared with the control group(P>0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate in the control group and the observation group were 77.5% and 97.5% respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=7.314,P=0.007). Conclusion The comprehensive psychological nursing intervention can effectively reduce the psychological stress response of the children with emotional disorder,improve quality of life,thus it has high clinical value.
