摘要
目的对儿童青少年精神障碍流行病学和相关因素进行研究。方法从某市中学、小学抽取1 400名学生作为研究对象,使用SDQ问卷、DAWBA问卷工具,通过筛查、整合信息方式获取儿童青少年精神障碍发生率,并研究相关因素。结果儿童青少年精神心理障碍患病率为3.86%,其中情绪障碍患病率明显高于言行障碍的患病率与注意缺陷多动障碍的患病率(P<0.05)。结论儿童青少年精神障碍在11~14岁的男孩中发生率很高,其中情绪障碍最多。导致儿童青少年精神障碍的因素包括健康状况、家庭经济条件、父母原因、教师原因、同学原因等,需要对这些因素进行控制。
Objective To research the mental disorders Epidemiology of children and adolescents and related factors.Methods 1 400 students in some middle school and primary school were selected as the research objects and the incidence rate of mental disorders of children and adolescents was obtained by screening and information sorting, SDQ questionnaire and DAWBA questionnaire and the related factors were researched. Results The morbidity of mental disorders of children and adolescents was 3.86%, and the morbidity of emotional disorder was obviously higher than that of language disorder and hyperactive disorder（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The incidence rate of mental disorders of children aged from 11 to 14 is very high, and the emotional disorder is the most, and the causes of mental disorders of children and adolescents are health status, family economic conditions, parents, teachers and classmates and we need to control these factors.
