摘要
为观察外剥内扎保留齿线术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效,分析我院外剥内扎保留齿线术治疗的56例环状混合痔患者临床资料。结果显示,治愈52例(92.9%)好转4例(7.1%),有效率100%。术后出现水肿4例,尿潴留3例,无肛门狭窄、肛门溢液及肛门坠胀等并发症,肛门功能正常。随访6个月,无1例复发。结果表明,外剥内扎保留齿线术能保留齿线功能,减少对肛垫的损伤,对患者排便功能影响小,治疗彻底,并发症及后遗症少,临床疗效满意。
To observe the clinical effect of the procedure of external dissection &internal ligation and dentate line-preserving in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids(CMH),authors analyzed the clinical data of 56cases treated with above procedure in author's department.As results,52cases were cured (92.9%),4got improved(7.1%),thus effective rate was up to 100.0%,after surgery 4cases suffered from edema,3cases from uroschesis,but no anal stenosis,anal discharge,and tenesmus of anus,etc occured,and anal function was all normal;the follow-up of 6months did not find any recurrence.Results show that above procedure combined can retain dentate line normal,reduce anal cushion affected,and with less influence on defecation function,less complication and sequelae,even achieve thorough treatment outcome, which has satisfactory clinical efficacy.
