摘要
从核设施及其退役概念入手,介绍反应堆及其退役的基本定义。基于项目管理角度,结合反应堆退役成功经验,探讨反应堆退役现阶段的情况,并总结反应堆退役之不足及改进方向。
Starting with the description of nuclear facilities and their decommissioning concepts, the basic definitions of reactors and their decommissioning were introduced. Based on the perspective of project management and combined with the successful experience of decommissioning reactors in China, the current situation of decommissioning reactors in China were discussed. The shortcomings of reactor decommissioning and improving direction were summarized.
