从控制系统结构特点分析核设施控制室“黑屏”事件 被引量:1

摘要 针对国内核电厂近几年发生的几起典型的主控室同时"黑屏"事件进行分析,结合新型机组控制系统工程经验,从控制系统结构特点出发,分析避免控制室发生同时"黑屏"事件的措施,并给出建议。明确为了进一步提高核设施控制室的安全性和可靠性,在国内核设施控制系统设计实施过程中,除了采用先进的控制系统结构设计之外,还需重点关注控制系统结构和软硬件体系中存在的薄弱点,并通过日常管理和技术维护手段补足短板。 Based on the analysis of several typical "black screen" events happened in the main control room of the domestic nuclear power plants in recent years, combined with the engineering experience on the new plant control system, starting from the structural characteristics of the control system, do the analysis on the measures to prevent the "black screen" events occurring in the control room, and provide some suggestions.It is clear that in order to further improve the safety and reliability of the nuclear facility control room, in the process of the design and implementation of the domestic nuclear facility control system, in addition to the use of advanced control system structure design, we need to focus on the weaknesses of the control system structure and the software and hardware system, and make up the shortcomings by means of daily management and technical maintenance.
