基于物联网技术的核设施退役作业管理系统设计

Design of decommissioning operation management system ofnuclear facilities based on Internet of Things technology

摘要 由于核设施退役过程数据采集难度大,导致传统核设施退役作业管理系统存在管理效果不佳的问题,引入物联网技术,从硬件、数据库和软件三个方面,实现核设施退役作业管理系统的优化设计。在传统硬件系统的基础上,安装辐射监测仪表、数据采集器、收发器等传感器设备,形成无线传感器物联通信网络,并将物联网采集的实时数据按类型存储到系统数据库中。以实时采集的退役实施过程中的各种数据作为原始数据,在核设施退役作业管理制度的约束下,划分核设施退役作业区域,在各个区域下实现源项调查、去污、拆除解体、辐射监测、废物清理、整备运输等核设施退役作业的管理。该系统与传统作业管理系统相比在工作效率、数据采集能力等方面具有明显优势。 Due to the difficulty of collecting operational data of nuclear facilities,the management effect of traditional nuclear facilities decommissioning operation management system is not good enough.The Internet of Things technology is introduced to realize the optimization design of nuclear facilities decommissioning operation management system from three aspects:hardware,database and software.On the basis of the traditional hardware system,sensor devices such as radiation monitoring,data collector and transceiver are installed to form a wireless sensor Internet of Things communication network,and real-time data collected by the Internet of Things are stored in the system database by type.With real-time operation data collected as the original data,the decommissioning areas of nuclear facilities are divided under the constraints of the nuclear facility decommissioning operation management system,and the decommissioning operations management of nuclear facilities such as source item survey,decontamination,dismantling,radiation monitoring,waste conditioning and transportation are realized in each work areas.The experimental results show that the designed system has obvious advantages in work efficiency and data collection compared with the traditional operation management system.
