摘要
在"一带一路"视角下,以1985年到2016年新疆实际利用FDI(Foreign Direct Investment,外商直接投资)和新疆地区GDP作为数据资源,通过实证分析,归纳新疆利用FDI的主要特点,研究外商直接投资对新疆经济增长的影响,为新疆如何在"一带一路"政策下更好地吸引外商直接投资提出相关政策建议.结果表明,FDI与新疆GDP增长有着长期稳定的关系;在两者关系上,新疆的经济增长更多的是促进了外商直接投资的增长,而不是FDI促进了经济增长.由此可见,外商直接投资是新疆经济增长的原因之一;更为重要的是,新疆经济的持续快速增长加速了外资的流入.
From the perspective of the "One Belt and One Road" policy, this paper takes the actual utilization of FDI in Xinjiang and the GDP in Xinjiang from 1985 to 2016 as the data. Through empirical analysis, it summarizes the main features of Xinjiang's use of FDI and studies the impact of FDI on Xinjiang's economic growth, and puts forward some suggestions on related policy of how to attract FDI more favorably under the "Belt and Road" policy for Xingjiang. The results show as follows: FDI and Xinjiang's GDP growth has a long-term and stable relationship;in the relationship between the two, the economic growth in Xinjiang has promoted the growth of foreign direct investment rather than vice versa. This demonstrates that foreign direct investment is one of the reasons for the economic growth in Xinjiang. More importantly, the sustained and rapid economic growth in Xinjiang provides a broad platform for the development of foreign businesses, thereby contributing to the continuous inflow of foreign capital.
