摘要
现针对"十三五"新疆地方科技投入构建模型,并以此对区域经济增长贡献度进行实证分析。研究结果表明,新疆GDP的增长主要依靠投资,R&D经费投入增长较大,且科技活动人员投入和R&D经费投入都对新疆经济增长起到重要的促进作用。主要分析了新疆财政科技拨款总额和其占财政支出比重预测,并分析了R&D经费投入总额对GDP的贡献,其中包括模型的建立;指标选取及数据来源;实证分析检验及预测。
The model that local government financial investment in science ＆ technologyof xinjiangwereconstructedin the13th five-year plan. The contribution of xinjiang science andtechnology investment to regional economic growth is analyzedempirically. The empirical results show that the GDP growth ismainly depend on investment in xinjiang, the effects of R＆Dspending growth is larger, and the activities of science ＆ technology personnel and R＆D spending are in xinjiang has greatrole in promoting economic growth.
