摘要
中医住院医师规范化培训(以下简称中医住培)是培养中医临床人才的必由之路。只有经过规范化且严谨的培训,才能更好地将理论灵活用于实践,提升住院医师的临床能力,更好地为患者服务。如今,住院医师规范化培训愈加受到人们的重视,为更好地培养中医临床新人才,在临床带教中需不断优化带教方案,积极探索案例教学法在中医住培中的运用方法,以期为中医住培临床带教工作提供一些有益启示。
Standardized training of resident doctors of traditional Chinese medicine(hereinafter referred to as resident training of traditional Chinese medicine) is the only way to train clinical talents of traditional Chinese medicine.Only through standardized and rigorous training can we better apply theory flexibly to practice,improve their clinical ability and better serve patients.Nowadays,more and more attention has been paid to the standardized training of resident doctors.In order to better train new clinical talents of traditional Chinese medicine,it is necessary to continuously optimize the teaching program in clinical teaching and actively explore the application of case teaching method in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine,with a view to providing some beneficial enlightenment for the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese.
