摘要
健康扶贫政策信息的有效传播对于改善农民健康状况、增强脱贫信心具有重要作用。以地处秦巴山区的汉中为例,笔者发现通过政府部门主导、融合传统及新媒体传播方式以及强化监督检查等可以较好实现健康扶贫政策信息的精准传播和有效理解;建议在今后的健康扶贫工作中,注重普及健康基本知识、培养公众的健康素养,实现治病防病两手抓。
Effective dissemination of information on health poverty alleviation policies plays an important role in improving farmers’ health and enhancing their confidence in poverty alleviation. Taking Hanzhong which located in the Qinba Mountains as an example, it is found that the precise dissemination and eff ective understanding of health poverty alleviation policy information can be achieved through government departments’ leading, integrating traditional and new media communication methods and strengthening supervision and inspection. So the article suggested that some measure should be considered in the future, such as pay attention to popularizing the basic knowledge of health and cultivating the public’s health literacy in order to realize the prevention and control of diseases.
