To satisfy farmer＇s cultural demand aspect, the most typical measure of Ningpo city is to found the peasant family reading room new pattern-- ＂the traveling or circulating library＂. Along with the measures, the historic moment the traveling or circulating library appears, which regularly delivers the book for the readers who visit or are in the inconvenient transportation, handles the flowing for the reader taking advantage of the book service and so on, causes the readers to be possible nearby to use Ningpo city each library, and basically safeguards the basic unit reader＇s reading right.
