摘要
以阳煤集团寺家庄矿大巷煤柱回收为工程背景,利用数值模拟,研究了不同沿空掘巷窄煤柱宽度的应力变化和围岩变形规律。研究表明,掘进期间,护巷窄煤柱宽度增大导致其内部的应力集中系数增加;回采期间,宽度较大的窄煤柱,由于煤柱承载能力较强,能够承受较高超前支承压力,其中的围岩应力增幅很大。结合煤柱变形和隔离采空区作用,煤柱回收工作面沿空巷道煤柱宽度取5 m比较合适。
The coal pillar recovery of the Sijiazhuang Mine in Yangquan Mining Group was taken as the engineering background,the numerical simulation was used to study the stress variation and the deformation law of the surrounding rock width of different narrow coal pillars along the goaf.The research showed that during the mining,the increase of the width of the narrow coal pillar led to an increase of the internal stress concentration factor;during the mining period,the narrow coal pillar with a large width could withstand the high lead support pressure due to the strong bearing capacity of the coal pillar,and the surrounding rock stress increased greatly.Combined with the deformation of the coal pillar and the function of the isolated goaf,it was more appropriate to take the coal pillar recovery working face along the width of the coal pillar of the gob side mining by 5 m.
