棋盘井煤矿908回风巷窄煤柱巷道支护技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 窄煤柱沿空掘巷布置不同于以往留设宽煤柱的巷道布置方式,由于侧向煤岩体尺寸有限并受到邻近采空区支撑压力作用,致使沿空掘巷处于侧向沿空煤岩体大范围塑性破坏区域内,沿空掘巷围岩承载能力差且支护稳定控制困难。针对这一问题,结合棋盘井煤矿908回风巷窄煤柱巷道工程条件,分析了留窄煤柱沿空掘巷围岩应力演化规律和承载稳定特征,进而提出908回风巷窄煤柱巷道锚网+双层金属网+锚索+单体柱的联合协同支护方案,通过现场实践反馈,"围岩-支护"共同承载结构稳定且控制效果显著。 The arrangement of roadway along the narrow coal pillar is different from the layout of the roadway with the wide coal pillar.Because of the limited size of the lateral coal and the support pressure of the adjacent goaf,the roadway along the goaf is in the lateral direction large-scale plastic failure zone,the inevitable bearing capacity of the surrounding rock in the roadway along the goaf was poor,with difficult support stability control.Aiming at this problem,combined with the engineering conditions of the narrow coal pillar roadway in the 908 return airway of Qipanjing Mine,the stress evolution law and bearing stability characteristics of the surrounding rock of the roadway along the narrow coal pillar were analyzed,and then the narrow coal pillar roadway of 908 return airway was proposed.The joint cooperative support scheme of anchor net+double metal net+anchor cable+single column was put forward,through the field practice showed the"surrounding rock-support"common bearing structure was stable,with remarkable control effect.
