摘要
年轻活力人口是经济社会可持续发展的不竭动力。全面分析南通人口结构,针对南通面临的人口老龄化、少子化、长期人口"净流出"、劳动年龄人口持续减少等问题,分析问题成因,结合南通发展的战略机遇,重点从拓展年轻活力人口发展空间、完善人才引进政策、重视基础年轻劳动力的引进等三个方面提出了南通提升年轻活力人口比例的可行性措施和建议。
Young energetic population is a kind of remittable driving force for sustainable development of economy and society. It makes a comprehensive analysis of the population structure in Nantong. Focusing on the problems of population aging, declining population,“net outflow” of population over a long period, and continuous reduction of working-age population, it analyzes the contributing factors. In combination with the opportunity of strategic development in Nantong, it proposes the feasible suggestions and measures for increasing the proportion of young energetic population from the perspectives of expanding space for their development, perfecting talent introduction policy and highlighting the importance of young labor at fundamental level.
