摘要
简介了近年来宁夏引进海外高层次人才取得的成效,从双因素理论视角分析了宁夏海外高层次人才引进过程中存在的问题,提出了宁夏海外高层次人才引进对策。
This paper illustrated the achievements of overseas high-level talent introduction in Ningxia in recent years from the aspects of incentives and guarantees in two-factor theory.The existing problems and corresponding countermeasures were also analyzed and put forward.
