摘要
对于地方普通高等院校而言,师资队伍是学校执行教学及科研工作的关键所在,更是学校实现可持续发展和长期战略目标的中坚力量。本文从地方普通高等院校人才引进特点出发,分析现有问题,并从拓宽宣传途径、高端人才配套、明确自身定位和完善考评体系四个维度提出优化及改善措施,积极帮助地方普通高等院校认清自身短板,及时采取措施,实现人才引进的有效性和可持续性。
Teaching staff,as the foundation to help the local college and university to achieve their strategic goals, plays an important role in teaching and scientific research.After analysis the characteristic and list some problems in talent introduction,this paper concluded 4 ways to improve the talent introduction in local college and university,which including:raising school's reputation,strengthening team construction,improving practice investigation and developing evaluation system.All those applications will promote the talent introduction in local college and university become more practicable and effective.
