摘要
本文阐明了混凝土含气量测定仪的组成及工作原理,依据波义尔定律,推导了含气量与平衡压力之间的理论测量模型。为验证原理的正确性,精确测定了实验数据,得到了数据拟合方程和拟合曲线。实验结果表明,该测量模型和实验数据的吻合度较好,为混凝土含气量测定仪计量检定与校准提供了准确的依据。同时,为提高测量的准确度,对实验的注意事项和改进方法做了详细阐述。
This paper expounds the composition and working principle of the concrete gas content meter,and deduces the theoretical mathematical model between gas content and equilibrium pressure according to Boyle’s law. In order to verify the correctness of the principle,the experimental data were accurately measured,the data fitting equation was obtained,and the fitting curve was drawn. The experimental results show that the mathematical model is in good agreement with the experimental data,which provides an accurate basis for the metrological verification and calibration of the concrete gas content meter. At the same time,in order to improve the accuracy of the measurement,the matters needing attention and the improved method of the experiment are described in detail.
