摘要
织物在悬垂时将形成一个复杂的三维状双波纹曲面,研究悬垂状态下织物悬垂角的测定。采用图像处理软件对运动状态下织物的悬垂性进行测试。选用面密度为80~330g/m2的机织物(平纹、斜纹、缎纹、蜂巢、经凸条和经向灯芯绒)与针织物(单面和双面针织物)试样。设计了一种织物悬垂角测试仪,测量5种不同角度(0°、5°、10°、15°和20°)下织物的悬垂性,利用Adobe Photoshop软件对织物的悬垂角进行精确测定。试验结果表明,采用Adobe Photoshop软件处理可更准确地测量织物悬垂时阴影区域的面积。
The research work focused on angular measurement of fabric drape when it falls gracefully in 2 directions, which makes a complex 3-dimensional shape with double curvature. Image processing software was used for the measurement of drape, when the fabric is in motion. Woven fabrics (plain, twill, sateen, honeycomb, extra-warp, bedford cord) and knitted fabrics(single jersey, double jersey)with 80 -330 g/m^2 were used. An angular drapeometer was designed and drape was measured in 5 different angles (0°, 5°, 10°, 15°, 20°)and Adobe Photoshop software was used to determine the accurate drape of the fabric. The results revealed that the processed image with Adobe Photoshop had high accuracy of the area projected by the shadow.
