基于KES与PhabrOmeter测试系统的棉织物保形性对比 被引量:9

摘要 目前对于织物保形性的测试方法过于繁琐,自动化程度较低,而KES与Phabr Ometer这两种测试系统能方便地提供可靠的数据。为了探究这两种测试系统保形性指标的相关性,分别对15种全棉织物进行了测试。利用SPSS软件对指标进行多元回归分析,得到拟合度较高的多元回归方程。并采用灰色关联法,分析棉织物基本参数与保形性能之间的关系。结果表明:Phabr Ometer系统的折皱回复率与KES风格仪的剪切刚度G、剪切滞后量2HG、弯曲刚度B和压缩线性度LC这几个参数之间具有较高的可代替性;棉织物的保形性能和织物的密度关系最密切,其次是纱线的线密度,织物的组织和保形性能之间的关联度较弱。 Current methods to test fabric shape preservation are too cumbersome,and the automation level of testing methods is low. However,KES and Phabr Ometer test systems can conveniently provide reliable data. In order to explore the correlation of the shape preservation index between the two test systems,15 different kinds of cotton fabrics were measured. The multivariate regression analysis was carried out for the indexes with SPSS to gain the multiple regression with high degree of fitting. In addition,grey correlation method was used to analyze the relation between basic parameters and shape preservation of cotton fabrics. It is shown that there is a high degree of substitutability between the wrinkle recovery rate of Phabr Ometer system and the parameters of KES system including shear stiffness G,shear hysteresis 2 HG,bending stiffness B and compression linearity LC. The shape preservation of cotton fabrics is most closely related to its density,followed by linear density of yarns. Fabric texture has little influence on the shape preservation.
