摘要
为验证在线性回归方程下棉织物折皱回复角与组织结构参数的关系,进行了一系列实验,并对折皱回复角与组织结构参数进行了回归分析,最后得出结论:(1)纯棉织物的折皱回复角与其组织结构参数密切相关;(2)棉织物折皱回复角与组织结构参数的回归模型拟合度比较精准,具有一定的实用性;(3)只要改善纱线的捻度和减少纱线的数量,棉织物的抗皱性能就能提高。
In order to verify the relationship between wrinkle recovery angle and structural parameters of cotton fabric based on linear regression equation,a series of experiments were carried out and the regression analysis of wrinkle recovery angle and structural parameters was carried out.Finally,some conclusions were drawn.(1)By regression analysis,it was found that the wrinkle recovery angle of pure cotton fabric was close?ly related to the structural parameters.(2)Through the test and regression analysis of the wrinkle recovery an?gle and the tissue parameters of the cotton fabric,it was found that the regression model was more accurate and had a certain practicality.(3)By improving the twist of yarns and reducing the number of yarns,the crease resistance of cotton fabrics could be improved.
