摘要
阐述后张法预应力混凝土梁摩阻损失试验方法,通过现场试验精确测定了实际管道摩阻损失、锚口和喇叭口摩阻损失率。经试验测得,实测管道摩擦系数μ值为0.2589,管道偏差系数k值为0.0027,与设计值0.25和0.0025相比偏大,但在规范取值范围内;锚口喇叭口摩阻损失率实测值分别为5.11%、5.32%和5.05%,小于设计值6%,满足试验及设计要求。
This paper expounds the test method of friction loss of post-tensioned prestressed concrete beams, and accurately measures the friction loss of actual pipeline, anchor and bell mouth through fi eld test. The experimental results show that the friction coefficient μof pipeline is 0.258 9, the deviation coefficient k is 0.002 7, which is higher than the design values 0.25 and 0.002 5 respectively. However, when it is within the range of the standard values, the measured friction loss rates of the bell mouth of anchor are 5.11%, 5.32% and 5.05% respectively, which are less than 6% of the design value, meeting the test and design requirements.
