摘要
为提高神经外科专科医师规范化培训(专培)手术带教质量,宣武医院神经外科在充分认识临床神经解剖对神经外科手术重要性的基础上,不断调整临床神经解剖教学内容,加强解剖实验室软硬件建设,创新包括三维解剖在内的教学方式,在手术带教的全过程贯穿临床神经解剖知识,培养了一批懂解剖、会带教的专培师资,使手术带教水平和效果得到了很大提升,得到专培医师的认可。
Clinical neuroanatomy is the infrastructure for neurosurgery. In standardized training of specialized neurosurgeons, clinical neuroanatomy education should be highly emphasized in order to improve the teaching quality of neurosurgical operations. In experience of Xuanwu Hospital, certain measures were utilized to train a batch of neurosurgeons with rich clinical neuroanatomy knowledge and educational experience, which included establishing well-equipped neuroanatomy laboratory, designing and constantly revising systematic neuroanatomical training programs and innovating teaching methods like three-dimensional microscopic and endoscopic operational neuroanatomy videos. These methods made the teaching quality of neurosurgery greatly improve and are well-recognized by neurosurgeons.
