摘要
根据实际任务要求,应用带PROFINET现场总线协议模块的ET200S型PLC控制KUKA-KR5工业机器人。分析ET200S型PLC与机器人之间的通信信号,给出设备间的通信接线图、机器人的I/O地址分配图,编写机器人控制与运行程序。经调试,系统运行良好,可在类似集成系统中推广应用。
According to the actual requirements,the KUKA-KR5 industrial robot is controlled via Siemens PLC ET200S with PROFINET controller. The paper analyzes the communication signals between the PLC and the robot,based on which the wiring diagram of equipment communication and the I/O port address list are obtained, and then the control and operation of the robot is programmed. After the shakedown test,it is shown that the system functions well and can be popularized and applied to similar integrated systems in the future.
