摘要
为了提高钢管管端焊缝的修磨质量和修磨效率,设计了一种焊缝自动修磨系统。该系统以ABB机器人系统为主要执行机构,西门子S1200 PLC为信号交互中枢,配合激光扫描和磨削机构,并采用以太网通讯功能,结合MES系统可实时上传设备数据和修磨数据,便于生产调度的管理和追溯。焊缝自动修磨系统的应用,提高了生产装备的自动化、智能化水平,降低了操作人员的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
In order to improve the grinding quality and efficiency of the weld at pipe end, an automatic weld grinding system is designed. The system is based on the ABB machine system as the main executing agency, Siemens S1200 PLC as the signal interaction center, with laser scanning and grinding mechanism, and the ethernet communication function, the equipment data and the grinding data can be uploaded in real time combined with the MES system, which is convenient for the management and traceability of production scheduling. The application of weld automatic grinding system improves the automation and intelligence level of production equipment, reduces the labor intensity of operators and increases the production efficiency.
