摘要
目的:改革循证医学教学方法,侧重于PBL教学对学生循证医学相关能力的培养。方法:以2017年秋季选修循证医学课程的临床医学本科生作为PBL教学干预对象,分析医学生授课前后的循证医学相关能力影响。结果:学生文献阅读、评价能力有显著提高,比较关于循证医学问题的态度,发现认同"循证医学在临床实践中的应用是必须的""现在的多数干预措施缺少强有力的证据支持"的人数显著上升,学生对专业术语的理解程度大大加深,希望能将PBL教学、形成性评价继续下去。结论:PBL教学在培养医学生循证医学相关能力中值得推广借鉴。
Objective: To reform the teaching method of evidence-based medicine and focus on the cultivation of students' relevant ability of evidence-based medicine. Methods: The undergraduate students of clinical medicine who took the course of evidence-based medicine in the fall of 2017 were selected as PBL teaching intervention subjects to analyze the influence of evidence-based medicine related ability before and after medical students. Result: Students' reading and evaluation skills were significantly improved. The students' understanding of technical terms has deepened and they hope to continue the PBL teaching. Conclusion: PBL teaching is worthy of promotion in cultivating the relevant ability of medical students in evidence-based medicine.
