摘要
基于国内各类中医药专业循证医学教育的现状,学生们对循证医学的内涵理解还不透彻,掌握循证医学方法学有限,现代软件工具的使用操作性差,这极大程度限制了我国中医药人才现代化以及国际化。此文浅析循证医学在中医药类专业的教育现状,根据中医药类专业的学科特点和课程设置,试图通过具体的循证实践方法,剖析循证教育所遇到的瓶颈并提出建议。希望通过提高循证教育质量进一步指导临床工作,并对目前我国中医药专业的循证医学教育提出问题及展望。
Based on the status quo of evidence-based medicine education in various Chinese medicine majors in China,students still do not have a thorough understanding of the connotation of evidence-based medicine,have limited mastery of evidence-based medicine methodology,and poor use of modern software tools,modernization and internationalization of medical talents.This article analyzes the current situation of evidence-based medicine in the education of Chinese medicine majors,and tries to analyze the bottlenecks encountered by evidence-based education through some specific evidence-based practice methods according to the discipline characteristics and curriculum settings of Chinese medicine majors and make suggestions.Hope to further guide clinical work by improving the quality of evidence-based education,and raise questions and prospects for the current evidence-based medical education of Chinese medicine in my country.
