摘要
合作能力属于核心素养,是核心素养的重要组成部分,在核心素养视域下,合作能力具有互动性、反思性、互依性的特征。在教学中,合作能力的培养存在合作意识落后、合作能力欠缺、合作流于形式等问题,相应地,从四个方面提出合作能力培养问题的相关对策:激发兴趣,培养合作意识、创造合作环境,营造合作氛围、强化合作训练,培养合作能力、革新合作评价,促进学生发展。
Cooperation ability belongs to core literacy and is an important component of core literacy. From the perspective of core literacy, cooperation ability has the characteristics of interaction, reflection and interdependence. In teaching, there are some problems about the cultivation of cooperation ability, such as backward cooperation consciousness, lack of cooperation ability, and superficial cooperation. Correspondingly, the relevant countermeasures for the cultivation of cooperation ability are proposed from four aspects: inspiring interest, fostering cooperation awareness, and creating a cooperative environment. The aim is to create a cooperation environment, strengthen cooperation training, cultivate cooperation ability, reform cooperation evaluation, and promote students' development.
