摘要
比较分析中美两国教师的高质量教学观对于我国"素养化"教学改革,提高教学质量具有重要的现实意义。基于半结构式访谈,对中美两国各二十名优秀教师的高质量课堂教学观进行比较分析,得出的主要结论有:两国教师均认可高质量课堂学生积极参与,课堂气氛活跃融洽,基于精心的教学设计;两国教师在高质量课堂的教学方式选择、教学目标表述、课堂互动侧重等方面存在差异;中国教师对高质量课堂教学认识的一致性高于美国教师;美国教师对高质量课堂教学的认识与课程标准的一致性高于中国教师。
To compare and analyze teacher' perception of high quality teaching between America and China has great value for promoting teaching reform for students' competencies in our country. Based on semi-structured interview, forty excellent teachers' perceptions of high quality teaching between America and China were compared. The main conclusions are as follows: both of two sides agree that students are engaged in learning and classroom atmosphere is active in high quality class, which is based on elaborate lesson design; while both sides hold different opinions on some aspects of high quality teaching, including teaching method, teaching object, classroom interaction and so on; the alignment of Chinese teachers' perceptions of high quality teaching is better than American teachers; the alignment of American teachers' perceptions of high quality teaching with American curriculum standards is better than Chinese teachers.
