摘要
为了探讨高中体育专项化教学对体育后进生在身体素质和体育学习兴趣方面的改善效果,本研究采用实验法对46名体育后进生(实验组与对照组各23人)进行为期一年的跟踪观测,实验组进行每周"80+40"模式的体育专项化教学,对照组进行每周三次40分钟的"体育与健身课",并测试与分析了实验前后身体素质与体育学习兴趣指标。主要结论:高中体育专项化教学提高了体育后进生的速度、耐力、柔韧素质,实验前后对比均具有显著性差异,但对下肢力量的改善不明显;在体育学习兴趣方面,提高了体育后进生的运动参与程度和对体育的关注度,实验前后对比具有显著性差异,但是对体育学习兴趣的其他维度方面影响不明显。
In order to explore the improvement effect of high school sport specific teaching on physical fitness and physical education learning interest of underachievers this study adopts the experimental method to follow 46 underachievers( 23 people in the experimental group and 23 in the control group) for a year. A weekly"80 + 40"sport specific teaching mode is carried out for the experimental group,while control group executes 40 minutes of physical education and fitness classes three times a week. And the physical fitness and physical learning interest index before and after the experiment are tested and analyzed. The study finds that the high school specific physical education improves the speed,endurance and flexibility of the underachievers;and the comparison before and after the experiment shows significant differences. However,the improvement of lower limb strength is not obvious. In sports learning interest,it has raised the sports participation degree of underachievers and the attention to sports,the comparison before and after the experiment shows significant difference,however,other dimensions of interest in physical education are not obvious.
