摘要
结合国内某铝厂的冷轧单机架可逆轧机板面上的轧制油残留问题,对其防缠导板的设备结构和工作原理进行分析,并根据分析结果采取了增设导流板、移动密封板和真空抽吸系统等一系列改进措施,最终很好地解决了轧机板面上的轧制油残留的问题,提高了带材的表面质量。
To solve the residual rolling oil problem of a reversible cold rolling mill in an aluminum plant in China, this paper analyzes the equipment structure and working principle of its anti-wound guide plate. According to the analysis results, a series of improvement measures such as adding deflector, moving sealing plate and vacuum suction system are adopted, which can solve the problem of residual rolling oil of plate surface and improve the surface quality of the strip.
