摘要
为满足现代铝板带轧制高速、宽幅及大压下量的要求,极压抗磨剂开始加入到轧制油中以提高其润滑性能。然而,极压抗磨剂的使用对铝板带表面产生的腐蚀问题不容忽视。如何平衡在加入极压抗磨剂后轧制油的润滑能力和腐蚀性能,成为一项值得研究的科学问题。为此,结合摩擦学测试、轧制润滑试验和金属全浸腐蚀试验,对含极压抗磨剂的铝板带新型轧制油的润滑与腐蚀性能相关性进行研究。结果表明,加入磷酸酯(PE)型极压抗磨剂,油膜强度显著提高,轧后铝板带厚度明显减薄,最小可轧厚度为0. 160 mm;进一步观察轧后表面形貌发现,轧后铝板带表面孔洞、撕裂等缺陷明显减少,表现出良好的润滑性能;腐蚀试验表明,加入磷酸酯后,在铝板带表面产生不同程度的腐蚀,并且随着磷酸酯含量的增加,其腐蚀速率逐渐增大,最高达到0. 072 mm/a;铝板表面发生不同程度的变黑现象,铝板表面有一层含P元素的覆盖层。
Extreme pressure and anti-wear(EP/AW)additives have been added into the rolling oil to improve lubricating property to meet modern demands for rolling aluminum strips,i.e.high speed,broad width and big rolling reduction.However,it can not be neglected that the surface of aluminum strip may be corroded because of the use of EP/AW additives.It was worthy of scientific research to achieve the balance between lubricating property and corrosion property of rolling oil after EP/AW additives being added.Therefore,the tribological test,cold rolling and lubrication test and metallic immersion corrosion experiment were carried out to research the relevance of lubricating and corrosion properties in this paper.The results showed that holes,crack and other defects could be significantly improved and the minimum rolled thickness decreased to 0.160 mm with phosphate ester(PE)added.Under the lubrication of the new-type rolling oil,the surface presented an excellent lubricating property.The corrosion test indicated that the corrosion rate increased gradually with the increased concentration of PE and the maximum value could reach 0.072 mm·a-1.There were also light black areas existing in the aluminum surface,covered with compoundsof P elements.
