氯虫苯甲酰胺拌种处理对不同生育期水稻生化物质的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为明确杀虫剂胁迫下水稻体内生化物质的变化,探讨生化物质变化对水稻感抗虫性的影响,本研究分析比较了不同用量氯虫苯甲酰胺拌种处理后,各生育期水稻叶片可溶性糖、类黄酮、游离氨基酸和草酸的含量变化。结果表明,不同用量氯虫苯甲酰胺拌种处理后,水稻不同生育期叶片游离氨基酸含量与对照相比无显著差异,苗期和4叶1心期叶片可溶性糖含量与对照相比无显著差异,但1.5~2.0 g/kg氯虫苯甲酰胺处理的水稻在分蘖期叶片可溶性糖含量显著增加。当氯虫苯甲酰胺有效用量为1.0~1.5 g/kg时,水稻各生育期叶片类黄酮含量显著增加,苗期和4叶1心期的草酸含量显著增加,而在分蘖期除1.5 g/kg处理的草酸含量显著增加外,其他处理与对照相比无显著差异。因此,推测氯虫苯甲酰胺拌种处理促进了水稻叶片类黄酮和草酸的增加,提高水稻不同生育期对稻纵卷叶螟的抗性,从而减少靶标害虫对水稻的为害。 To clarify the variation of biochemical substances in rice plants under pesticide stress and investigate the effects of these variation on rice susceptibility-resistance to insect pest, the changes of soluble sugar, flavonoids, free amino acids and oxalic acid content in rice plants at different growth stages after seed treating with different concentrations of chlorantraniliprole were determined. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the content of free amino acids of rice leaves at different growth stages after seed treating with different concentrations of chlorantraniliprole compared with the control. The soluble sugar contents of rice at the seedling stage and the four-leaf stage in the treated group were not significantly different from those in the control group. Under the treatment of 1.5-2.0 g/kg chlorantraniliprole, the soluble sugar content in rice leaves increased significantly during tillering stage. The content of flavonoids in leaves of rice increased significantly during each growth period when the chlorantraniliprole was 1.0-1.5 g/kg . Additionally, the contents of oxalic acid increased at the seedling stage and the four-leaf stage when the chlorantraniliprole was 1.0-1.5 g/kg . At the tillering stage, the oxalic acid content in the treatment of 1.5 g/kg chlorobenzamide was significantly increased compared with that in the control. Therefore, it is speculated that the treatment of chlorantraniliprole promotes the increase of flavonoids and oxalic acid in rice leaves and enhances rice resistance to insect pest, thus reducing the damage of target pests to rice.
