摘要
试验主要测定了9种无公害杀虫剂单剂对铜绿金龟子幼虫(蛴螬)、韭菜迟眼蕈蚊幼虫(韭蛆)的毒力大小。结果表明,对蛴螬的毒力顺序(药后24 h):4.5%高效氯氰菊酯EC>48%乐斯本EC>40%辛硫磷EC>40%灭线磷EC>90%敌百虫晶体>5%锐劲特SC>2.5%菜喜SC。对韭蛆的毒力顺序(药后24 h):4.5%高效氯氰菊酯EC>40%灭线磷EC>40%辛硫磷EC>48%乐斯本EC>2.5%菜喜SC>20%天除>0.5%绿宇。其中对蛴螬和韭蛆毒性最强的高效氯氰菊酯,其次是辛硫磷和乐斯本。菜喜等生物农药的速效性差,见效慢,但在处理后72 h毒性显著增加。
Toxicity of 9 kinds safety insecticides to the larvae of Anomala corpulenta and Bradysia odoriphaga were conducted. The results showed that the order of the toxicity to grubs were as followings:4.5% bata-cypermethrin EC 〉 48% chlorpyrifos EC 〉 40% phoxim EC 〉 40% etho-prophos EC 〉 90% trichlorfon 〉 5 % regent SC 〉 2.5 % spinosad SC. The order of the toxicity to chinese chive maggot were as followings: 4.5% bata-cypermethrin EC 〉 40% etho-prophos EC 〉 40% phoxim EC〉 48% ehlorpyrifos EC〉 2.5% spinosad SC〉 20% tianehu EC〉0.5% matrine AS. In which, the highest toxic to grubs and chive maggot was bata-cypermethrin, followed by phoxim and ehlorpyrifos. Biopestieide (e.g. Spinosad) had high effects to two subterranean insects at the 3rd day after treatment.
