摘要
目的探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗急性期脑梗死偏身感觉障碍的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月~2018年6月在我科住院的急性期脑梗死偏身感觉障碍患者60例,根据随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组予常规抗血小板聚集、降脂稳定斑块、脑保护促进侧支循环治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用黄芪桂枝五物汤。治疗2周后,比较两组患者的感觉障碍评定积分、总有效率。结果治疗组的感觉障碍评定积分评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗急性期脑梗死偏身感觉障碍可改善患者的症状,提高临床效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction treating acute cerebral infarction with partial sensory disturbance.Methods Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction with partial sensory disturbance hospitalized in our department from January 2015 to June 2018 were selected and they were divided into the treatment group and control group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine anti-platelet aggregation,lipid-lowering and stable plaque,brain protection and collateral circulation promotion,while the treatment group was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of sensory impairment assessment and the total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results The score of sensory impairment assessment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,which was higher than 66.7% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction treating acute cerebral infarction with partial sensory disturbance can improve the symptoms of patients and clinical effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
