黄芪注射液对大鼠缺血性脑损伤神经细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察黄芪注射液对缺血性脑损伤大鼠脑细胞凋亡的影响。方法:30只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和黄芪注射液组,每组10只。采用大脑中动脉局灶性栓塞(MCAO)模型,免疫组化法检测缺血脑组织中Bcl-2表达变化,Tunel法检测缺血灶周围神经细胞凋亡改变。结果:与模型组比较,黄芪注射液可显著降低大鼠脑细胞凋亡,增加Bcl-2蛋白表达(P<0.01)。结论:黄芪注射液对缺血性脑损伤大鼠有抗细胞凋亡作用。 Objective: To investigate the protective effects of Astragalus Injection on anti-apoptosis in the cerebral tissue of rats with focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods: Thirty male Sprague Dawley rats with average body weight of 260-300g were randomly divided into 3 groups: sham-operation group,an ischemic group and Astragalus Injection group,10 in each.The model of the middle cerebral artery occlusion was successfully established with suture occlusion for 2 hours.The expression of Bcl-2 was detected by using immunohistochemistry.The expression of apoptotic cells were detected by using Tunel methods.Results: Both of the expression of apoptotic cells and Bcl-2 increased in the ischemic group,but Astragalus Injection significantly reduced the increase(P0.01 and P0.05).Conclusions: Astragalus Injection may prevent cranial nerve in the ischemic penumbra around from ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.This may be an anti-apoptosis effect.
